I’m Tarah Galloway. I’m a licensed psychotherapist, mom, and weight loss coach. I work with busy moms just like you to help them to lose the weight once and for all and feel confident in their skin.

After my first baby I gained 50 pounds. I had postpartum depression, I was exhausted, and I was carrying around an extra 25 pounds of fat that I didn’t have before the baby.

There’s so much info out there, I didn’t know where to start or who to listen to. I didn’t want to cut out sugar or carbs or work out 7 days a week. I was willing to put in the effort, but not kill myself doing it. Let’s be real.

I needed a life outside of losing weight.
